Orders Processing and Shipping


Once your order is placed, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We ship via  USPS and domestic orders may take up to 3 days to arrive.

International orders may take 7-14 business days to arrive; additional payment of duties and taxes may be required.

Order processing, packing and shipping takes place in Maryland, USA.

Shipping is always free on all US orders $50 and up.

At this time we don't offer expedited shipping options.


We are currently shipping on time and and based on volume of orders, however there may be shipping delays once in the hands of USPS. These delays are expected to beyond the 2020 holiday season.

 Returns and Exchanges

 We hope that you love your products as much as we do! In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer complimentary returns within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

Please email us directly Your Order number should be in the subject line. We will forward a prepaid label for you to return your items.

To return, please pack the items safely back into the original packaging (if possible) and mail. Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.

Once your return is approved, your return will be processed immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for your payment to be returned to your bank account. This may vary based on your banking institution.

To qualify:

All Loungewear/Pajamas, Beanies, Bedding, Sleep Masks, Hair Accessories must not be used.

Candles may be returned if defective. 

Room Sprays should have 90% of the original product.

Bath Salts and Soaks should have 50% of the original product.

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier. Esthete Wellness Co does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. 


 Discount Codes

Currently our discount codes are valid only on Esthete Wellness Co branded products and don't include third-party items we carry. If a product is not eligible for discounts, it will be noted in its description. We are currently working to make all items eligible. Discount Codes are one-use only, and cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
